LuDog reviews the request and confirms whether the requested dates and service can be accommodated. A submitted request is not a confirmed booking.

Meet & Greet
When appropriate, LuDog reviews routines, home access, medications, behavior, and other care instructions with the client and pet before service begins.

Confirm & Pay
Once the request is approved, the client receives booking confirmation and payment instructions.

Receive Care Updates
During service, clients receive visit updates documenting completed care, observations, and photos when appropriate.
